IVF involves joining a woman’s egg and man’s sperm outside the woman’s body. For couples who fail to conceive using their own germ cells, donated eggs and sperm from suitable anonymous donors will be used for IVF.

The quality of a woman's eggs decreases with age, as does the chance of getting pregnant.
A woman is most fertile up to the age of 35, and this is also the best time to freeze her eggs.

Stimulation medication is not included, based on dosage from 600 €

• Payments can be made in cash (in CZK/EUR), by credit card (Mastercard and Visa), or by bank transfer to the Europe IVF account in CZK: 8490972 / 0800 or in EUR: IBAN: CZ34 0800 0000 0000 0841 4072, BIC (SWIFT): GIBACZPXXXX.
• We recommend making the bank transfer at least 3 working days in advance. Payment cards usually have a set daily limit on the amount of the payment, please check that the set limit is sufficient.
• Additional laboratory methods or additional services are due no later than the date of the embryo transfer. Embryo transfer is only performed after payment of the total cost of treatment.
• For treatment with donated eggs, Europe IVF reserves the right to discontinue treatment due to complications on the part of the donor and for health reasons. In this case, the clinic will always offer a new donor (genetics - biometrics - phenotype compatibility).
• Each interruption of treatment by the patient is always assessed individually at the same time Europe IVF claims reimbursement of all costs related to the services already provided or laboratory tests and administrative tasks demonstrably performed, which are charged to our clinic by external suppliers.
• Balance payment for treatment with donor oocytes – The balance payment may only be refunded before the donor’s oocyte retrieval in the event of serious medical reasons that prevent the patient from undergoing treatment. The patient must provide the clinic with relevant medical records or a report from her treating physician. These documents will subsequently be reviewed by the Medical Director of Europe IVF, who will determine whether the patient is eligible for a refund.
• Treatment with donor embryos – The treatment fee may only be refunded before the embryo transfer in the event of serious medical reasons that prevent the patient from undergoing treatment. The patient must provide the clinic with relevant medical records or a report from her treating physician. These documents will subsequently be reviewed by the Medical Director of Europe IVF, who will determine whether the patient is eligible for a refund.
• Unused laboratory methods included in treatment packages – The patient is not entitled to any refund or compensation for laboratory methods included in discounted treatment packages that are not used, such as the Plus and All-Inclusive cycles.
• Dispensed medication and other products – The clinic cannot accept the return of any stimulation medication, other medicinal products or food supplements once they have been dispensed to the patient.
• Deposit payments are non-refundable. This applies to all types of treatment.
• Deposits constitute a confirmed reservation for the planned treatment and are valid for 7 months from the date the deposit invoice is issued. This applies to all types of treatment.
