Sanakin® (ACRS)
Support for regeneration and implantation
Sanakin® (ACRS – Autologous Conditioned Serum Rich in Cytokines) is a modern laboratory method that uses the patient's own blood. The sample taken is mixed with glass beads in a special Sanakin® tube and then cultured at 37 °C for approximately three hours. This process stimulates blood cells to increase the production of cytokines (anti-inflammatory interleukins and growth factors).
The result is a natural "cocktail" of substances that promote tissue regeneration and soothe inflammation. After preparation, the serum is applied directly to the area where it is needed, with or without local anaesthesia.

Women with repeated unsuccessful embryo transfers
-
Patients with chronically thin uterine lining
-
Women with chronic inflammation of the uterine lining

How does the application (process) work?
-
1. Consultation and examination
Assessment of health status and therapy planning.- 2. Blood sampling
Before embryo transfer for uterine regeneration and reduction of chronic inflammation. Before hormonal stimulation to support ovarian function 3. Cytokine incubation
Approximately 3 hours at 37 °C4. Serum separation
Centrifugation and processing to produce pure serum rich in active substances.5. Serum application
Application of serum to the uterus or ovaries, depending on where it is needed6. Possible repetition
According to the doctor's recommendation, the application can be repeated in the next cycle.
State-of-the-art technology
Sanakin® (ACRS) is a gentle, natural and very promising complementary laboratory method that can increase the chances of success of IVF treatment.
It uses the patient's own biological processes to optimise the environment for the embryo and support the regeneration of the uterine lining and ovaries. As it is autologous material, the risk of complications is minimal.
The next laboratory mehtods
KIR genes and HLA-C testing
KIR and HLA-C testing helps to reveal whether the embryo's surface antigens can activate the cells responsible for the proper implantation process in the uterus.

ICSI is the injection of sperm directly into an egg. This significantly increases the chance of fertilisation.
More informationEmbryoScope
We can increase the chances of pregnancy by selecting only the best quality embryos for transfer. We can identify these through continuous monitoring in EmbryoScope.
More informationPESA/MESA/TESE
In the absence of live sperm in the ejaculate, there is the possibility of obtaining sperm surgically from the epididymis (PESA or MESA) or testis (TESE).

EmbryoGen and BlastGen are sequential culture media meticulously engineered to closely emulate the natural developmental progression of embryos.

IVF with egg donation
If a woman cannot conceive and her partner's sperm are healthy, we use donor eggs fertilised with the partner's sperm.
More informationIVF using donor embryos
Donated eggs and donated sperm are used for in vitro fertilisation.
More informationIVF using donor sperm
For couples who cannot conceive naturally and the woman's eggs are healthy, we can use donor sperm from a suitable anonymous donor to fertilise the eggs.
