Does certification mean a higher chance of successful treatment?

ISO 9001 certification on its own does not affect the success of treatment or guarantee its outcome. The success of treatment depends primarily on the individual health condition of patients and other medical factors. Certification does, however, confirm that the clinic provides care within a quality management system that supports safe, standardised and efficient functioning of all processes.
