COVID-19: Visiting the Czech Republic without complications thumbnail

Those who have decided for fertility treatment in the Czech Republic can now travel with almost no complications - the number of infected in the Czech Republic is dropping each day, which is why the earlier anti-pandemic government regulations are being eased. What should you know before you come here?

The number of people infected with COVID-19 has declined significantly – now being lower than 30 infected per 100 thousand citizens, which is why the borders of the Czech Republic are opening and welcoming visitors from abroad almost as much as “in the old days”. Most hotels are already open, and even our clinic has its door wide open to international clients. However, the rules for travel may vary from country to country, so we recommend that you follow the news of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at:

OVERVIEW: Travel rules

Safety for everyone without the need to postpone treatment

Although the past months have been marked by uncertainty, the staff at our clinic is doing its best to ensure that your life chance does not slip through your fingers. Since experts have repeatedly warned that it is not advisable to postpone IVF treatment, we provide all services without restrictions in a way that ensures your safety as well as ours. We therefore ask that you disinfect your hands immediately upon arrival and wear a face mask in all areas of the clinic. We also assure you that most clinic staff has been vaccinated, and we regularly test those who have not been vaccinated yet.

We will help you with travel formalities

Despite the pandemic, we have already helped a number of couples have their dream baby, but we are also aware of the concerns and questions behind the decision to undergo IVF treatment. This is why we offer both online consultation and assistance with travel formalities – for example, we can issue a medical travel certificate on request. However, if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please let us know in advance, and we will offer you a different date.
