Thanks to modern medicine, many infertile couples today have a chance to fulfil their dream of a baby.
How does IVF work?IVF involves joining a woman’s egg and a man’s sperm outside the woman’s body; the woman’s own eggs or donor eggs can be used for fertilisation, as well as the man’s own sperm or donor sperm.
If a woman cannot conceive and her partner's sperm are healthy, we use donor eggs fertilised with the partner's sperm.
VíceDonated eggs and donated sperm are used for in vitro fertilisation.
VíceFor couples who cannot conceive naturally and the woman's eggs are healthy, we can use donor sperm from a suitable anonymous donor to fertilise the eggs.
VíceWe recommend IVF if the couple cannot conceive naturally.
