Is IVF treatment covered by health insurance?

If you are a foreigner living in the Czech Republic and have health insurance (e.g. by your employer), health insurance companies cover the first 3 cycles of artificial insemination for clients up to 39 years of age. If only one embryo was transferred in the first two cycles, the insurance company will also cover the fourth cycle. Insurance companies do not cover extra laboratory methods that increase the success rate of the treatment. For example, ICSI, EmbryoScope, EmbryoGlue or assisted hatching. Our clinic has contracts with all Czech health insurance companies VZP (111), ČPZP (205), RBP (213), ZP MV (211) and OZP (207).
